I thought the head alone wasn't a good idea conversion so I went about giving him a new staff as well... Orks are by far the easier army to customise and convert. Pretty much every models from any kit and be interchanged with another. The faceless skull was taken from the normal ork boyz kit, and the skullhead staff was taken from a warbike kit... oh the joys of converting orks~
I aso got inspired to make another asset point for my orks, this time just using a flag from the Warhamer Fantasy Flagellants kit and misc ork addons, mainly from the ork boys kit. Like I said... I love converting orks~
